The player still works great. It is easily the best unit I have owned thus far. But I'm replacing it with a Rockford deck that was actually made by Denon. The list price on my upcoming deck was at one-time $1,000. And it fits my personality more. My Eclipse had quite a few bells and whistles, but I never used them. My crossovers, EQ's, tone controls, etc were all off or flat. With my Denon, it already comes with absolutely no built-in amp, no crossovers, no EQ's, or anything. It's just a high quality tansport and preamp unit, basically. hehe
